2021–2024 | Community Manager at Jonckers
I remotely managed the EN>CS team of translators and proofreaders at Jonckers. This included monitoring their quality, providing detailed and individual monthly feedback to everyone on the team, curating style guides and other translation guidelines, and recommending specific linguists for new projects to PMs based on each linguist’s strengths.

2015–2020 | Higher education: Master’s in Norwegian language and literature
I studied Norwegian language and literature at the Faculty of Arts of the Masaryk University in Brno. As part of my studies, I spent one semester in Oslo, another one in Tromsø, and two months as an intern at the Embassy of the Czech Republic in Oslo. I also spent two weeks in Kristiansand as part of a literature course.
2007–2015 | High school education: Language-focused gymnasium
I studied at Gymnázium Aš, a local grammar school / preparatory high school. I earned my first language certificates: B2 First Certificate in English and Deutsches Sprachdiplom.
In my free time, I like to read books, listen to podcasts, play video games, and work on my photo editing skills. I’m also a big fan of GNU/Linux and libre open-source software. 💚
